Today was just so dreary looking outside that I decided to spend the day inside.
The sky was just so blah today
On a brighter, more exciting note...my sewing machine was delivered yesterday. It is electronic and a lot different than my mom's older machine so, on this dreary Saturday, I've been alternating between reading Jean Johnson's The Song and the instructions for my pretty new machine :) It's been slower going with the instructions, as the book is really interesting, but that's okay.

Hey Children and Moonjava :) Thanks. Yea, I've wanted a sewing machine since I was a kid and finally researched some and broke down and just bought one. Know comes the hard part of actually learning to sew :) Today's weather is looking better. I can't believe the weekend's almost over again.
