Well, the snow finally showed itself here. The meteorologists have been talking about this storm since Monday saying that it was going to be horrible. My co-workers and I were dropping not-so-subtle hints that we should get a snow day on Wednesday and finally, at 5:33pm on Tuesday, we received an e-mail saying that the office would be closed the following day. Yea! Too bad I'm sick as a dog and can't enjoy it, but at least I didn't have to use a sick day like I was planning to.
The snow just stopped (for now anyway) and we ended up getting about 14 or so inches. Enjoy the pics :)
It was freezing and ridiculously windy so I didn't want to open the door but, as you can see, taking pictures through the window wasn't quite working out :)
Anyone else have a snow day off?

We got like a foot of snow, but no snow day! I'm jealous!
I was off all last week thanks to two blizzards that dropped more than 3 feet of snow on my city. I don't know why people complain about cabin fever; I love that the city stopped and stood still for awhile. It's good for us to slow down and take a break every now and again.
Hey ayu :) The snow can be beautiful at times, but it's a real pain when it messes up the roads and train tracks.
