The two-hundred-and-thirtieth day...Can someone please explain why my cell phone company and UPS are against me?

This is how my phones arrive? Really T-mobile? Really UPS?


What the h*** is wrong with you people? I seriously cannot deal with the customer service reps from either two companies anymore.

This is ridiculous! My letters to the respective headquarter offices will be mailed off this week.

I really hope you all had a better day than me :)

Hey Jeanette :) I know. UPS has been delivering my packages to the wrong address for two years - no matter how many times I call or complain. I even had these shipped to my job since the drivers obivously can't process my home address and they STILL delivered them to the wrong place. Unbelievable.

Hey Badass :) I most definitely am not. Who ships a phone in a soft pouch? That is what hard cardboard boxes are for!

Hey Cheryl :) Thanks for stopping by and commenting :) No, I've been waiting for this particular package for about a week. What I meant was that UPS has misdelivered every single package that's supposed to come to my address for almost 2 years - despite being told of the issue after each incident. I don't know what more I can do.
