First, today's picture. I just like how the flagpole is surrounded by the trees (some of the rare Midtown Manhattan greenery :)
Second, I'll admit it. I am getting more and more excited as each day goes by. What am I excited about? The new Harry Potter film. That's right. I said it - The new Harry Potter film. It is high time that Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince brought its wonderful self to theaters. I was upset when its release was delayed (ages ago); but the void was filled with Twilight and many, many, many other movies since then. Then, just as I had almost forgotten about Hogwarts and that world of muggles, witches and wizardry completely (not really - I mean come on), out come all the movie premiere pics, movie stills, clips and HBO First Looks. Yea! I am very excited to see how it all turns out. I'm surprised that it is rated PG, as it looks pretty dark, but whatever. It looks great to me. As excited as I am, I will be waiting until the 17th to see it. I'd rather not have to fight for seats and quiet with the opening day goers.
Anyone else looking forward to it?
Enjoy the rest of the night everyone!

The movie looks like it could be decent, but I probably wont see it for a while. Just never really got into them, or the books either.
I can't wait for HP either! I'm super excited about this one because it looks so dark :)
Hey Badass :) I've read all the books and seen all the movies so far. I've just always loved those fantasy type of adventure stories.
Hey Miss Cindy :) It does look dark :) I'm disappointed that so many story lines have been cut, but it still looks like it's going to be good. It can't be any worse than the last one.
Enjoy the rest of the day!
I am definitely looking forward to HP! Can't wait!
Hey Moonjava :) It looks like it's going to be great. I just hope it lives up to all of the hype it's getting :)
Have a wonderful Friday!
i only saw the first harry potter movie, but it's on my list to watch them all. Perhaps now that I have more time on my hands I'll start them.
Hey Optimistic :) They are pretty great movies (except the 5th one - that one was mediocre).
Have a fabulous weekend!
Yeah, the fifth one was so disappointing. They left out so much stuff! I'm rereading this book before I see the movie, as is my tradition with all of them. I can't wait!
Hey FG :) I haven't re-read the books in a while, but I am getting so excited about this film :)
Enjoy the rest of the weekend!
